Production

RMA 1.5 litre sedan from 1945 to 1952. The Riley badge is in a dark Blue colour and the bonnet is 15 cm shorter than the 2.5 litre. The engine had 1 carburettor and produced 54 hp.

10,500 RMA’s were produced.

RMB 2.5 litre sedan from 1946 to 1952. The Riley badge at the front is in a light blue colour and the bonnet is 15 cm longer than the 1.5 litre.
The engine had 2 carburettors and produced 100 hp. (1946 and 1947 model produced 90hp.)

7,906 RMB’s were produced.

RMC 2.5 litre roadster (3 seater “drophead “ with gearshift on the steering column, from 1948 to 1950). The riley badge at the front is in a light blue colour and the bonnet is 15 cm longer then the 1.5 litre.
The engine had 2 carburettors and produced 100hp.

500 RMC’s were produced.

RMD 2.5 litre 2 door drophead, from 1948 to 1950. The Riley badge at the fron is in a light blue colour and the bonnet is 15 cm longer than the 1.5 litre. The engine had 2 carburettors and produced 100hp.

500 RMD’s were produced.

RME 1.5 litre sedan from 1952. The Riley badge is in a dark blue colour and the bonnet is 15 cm shorter than the 2.5 litre. The engine had 1 carburettor and produced 54 hp.

3,446 RME’s were produced.

RMF 2.5 litre sedan from 1952 with a new design for the dashboard. The Riley badge at the front is in a light blue colour and the bonnet is 15 cm longer than the 1.5 litre.
The engine had 2 carburettors and produced 100hp.

1,050 RMF’s were produced.

RME “spatted” upgraded 1.5 litre from August 1953. The front wings had an edge on the top, spotlights were built in the wings which stop abruptly where the previous models had a running board. The rear wings have “spatted” panels.  The roof is a little higher.
The engine had 1 carburettor and produced 54 hp.

2,095 of the upgraded “spatted” RME’s were produced.


The RMG model was never sold.

 

RMH  (this model called the Pathfinder) from 1953 to 1957.
The engine had 2 carburettors and produced 100hp.

5,000 Pathfinder’s were produced.
